Quick and Easy Mexican Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2009
Me and my husband LOVED this!! I used a smooth, restaurant style salsa and this tasted like something a mexican restaurant would serve. Served with spanish rice, and refried beans with shredded lettuce, tomatoe, guacamole and sour cream. Thanks for posting!

Cinnamon Raisin Pinwheels

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2009
These were delicious!!! I didn't melt the butter, but I think I will next time. Either that or make sure to press the sugar mixture down into the butter and dough so I can get a tighter roll. When I went to cut them and put them onto the cookie sheet the sugar was falling out. I just scooped it back into the rolls. They tasted fabulous and my husband wants me to make these again. which is a compliment since he doesn't really like cinnamon rolls that much.

Party Pinwheels

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2009
These were great! Served them at a birthday party. The platter was empty before the party was over. I did follow other's advise and only used half the package of ranch dressing mix so it wasn't too salty. Loved this recipe and will make these again.

Turkey Roll-Ups

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2009
These were a big hit at my daughter's birthday party. I cut them in 1 inch slices for appetizers. The tray was empty when the party was over. I did follow other reviewers advise and didn't add as much onion, but followed the rest of the recipe as is.

Carla's Fruit Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2009
This was great!!! Served it at my daughter's birthday party. I used strawberry cream cheese and it was delicious. Served it with strawberries, kiwi slices, apple slices, pineapple chuncks, and grapes. Everyone loved it. I almost ran out of dip before the party was over.

Stovetop Pork Chops and Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2009
This did not turn out for me. I even seasoned the pork chops with salt, pepper and garlic before browning. Then once the chops were browned I removed them from the pan and cooked the onion and potatoes in the pork juices to give them some flavor and returned the chops back to the pan. Added the soup mixture and cooked for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, my potatoes still weren't cooked enough. This was still VERY bland tasting and VERY runny.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2009
This was delicious! I did like other reviewers did and just poured the sauce into the baking pan instead of basting the thighs. They turned out so moist and flavorful. I have been looking for recipes for legs and thighs since they are the least costly portions of chicken and since our budget has gotten tighter with the economy this recipe worked perfectly. I will keep this recipe in my recipe box even after the economy gets better. Thank you so much for posting this!!!

Simple But Awesome Lemon Pepper Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2009
Loved this recipe! My husband went back for seconds. This was so easy and the chops were so tender they melted in your mouth. I did use a different seasoning though. I was out of lemon pepper (don't know how that happened) so I used Montreal Chicken seasoning by McCormick instead. Turned out fabulous. I will try the lemon pepper the next time I make this to see if I like the flavor just as much. Thank you for posting this.

Chicken Breasts Pierre

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2009
This was one of the best chicken recipes I have tried in a long time. I did follow a couple suggestions from reviewers. I did use chicken broth instead of water and I also very quickly sauted some red onion in the pan before cooking the sauce. Just long enough for them to soften a little. Next time I make this I will also double the recipe for the sauce. I served it over rice and my husband and I like extra sauce when eating rice. If I made this for company, I think I might even triple the recipe. Thank you for posting this! This was very delicious!
