This was fantastic. I made it a few weeks ago and am making it again tonight. I switched out the white sugar for brown and the vinegar for balsamic but kept everything the same. Also I used a convection oven and an internal thermometer that my oven has and it was done in under an hour. I will definitely make it again.

A Pad Thai Worth Making

Ok I have now made this like a gazillion times. It is totally awesome. The only changes I made were to add tamarind paste and to double the sauce. Oh I also put in peanut butter. Everyone who has it wants more and the recipe.

World's Best Pasta Sauce!

This sauce is just awesome. THank you John CHandler for submitting this recipe. I found it when I made his lasagna and it is just delicious. Much, much better than store bought sauce. I have made this now like 5 times. :)

Thai Spicy Basil Chicken Fried Rice

This recipe is awesome. the only changes that I made was that instead of regular onion I make it with green onions. I have made this recipe at least five times now. Thank you for submitting this recipe.

Carrot Cake III

this recipe was just awesome. First time I ever did carrot cake and my husband who is very blunt about his comments loved it. I followed the suggestions of most of the reviewers, I added extra cinammon and extra vanilla. i used half a cup of applesauce and a stick of butter(i had an accident and the bowl i was using broke so I lost the canol oil that I had in it and it was the last I had.) i am going to make this recipe again tomorrow with some of the other recommendations. i am not sure if it can taste any better but I am striving for perfection.

Chocolate Cherry Chip Cake

i absolutely love. but love this recipe. This was the first cake that I have ever made. I made it last week as a test run for my son's 11th birthday. It came out great. Very moist, but a bit too chocolatey because of the chocolate chips. I did it again yesterday without the chocolate chip in the cake (I put them on top for decoration) My husband absolutely loved it. It was so delicious. I also followed a reviewers advice to wait 5 minutes to put the cherries in. I did that too Although some were at the bottom alot were in the middle too. This cake recipe is absolutely marvelous. THank you very much for this recipe.
