The flavor of the mustard seems out of character. The next time I make this I will delete it. It might be better prepared with a german potato salad dressing and served warm.

Slow Cooker Pineapple Pork Roast

I didn't think there was anything special about this recipe. I followed the directions and substituted canned whole cranberry sauce for the dried cranberries. Combned with the undrained pineapple, it was very soupy.
