Lighter Fettuccini Alfredo
Used regular cream cheese and penne pasta that I had on hand, and then followed the recipe as written. Tasted great. My 2 picky girls devoured it! Will definitely make often. Thanks for the recipe. Quick, easy and delicious. Just the kind of recipes I like!

White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies
Made cookies as written except didn't have brandy so used vanilla. They were awesome! They also looked great. I rolled them into balls and then flattened them slightly with a spoon when I put them into the oven as another reviewer suggested. These will definitely go on our favorites list! Thanks for the recipe.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
This mac and cheese is awesome!! The only thing I did differently was to add the half cup of milk so my leftovers wouldn't be dry as another reviewer suggested. This is a definite must. I will probably add closer to 3/4 cup of milk next time because leftovers were still a little too dry for my taste. I also added 1/2 cup of monterey jack cheddar blend as well as a 1 inch block of velveta, basically because I had them on hand and figured you can't have too much cheese. My whole famly gobbled it down as a main dish. We served it with fresh from the garden sliced tomatoes and it was perfect. My husband especially like the little bit of crunchy bread crumbs on top. I used about 1/2 cup of those and cut back the butter to 3 Tbsp instead of 4 just to cut down on the grease factor. My first time making baked mac and cheese and this is definitely a keeper! Thanks for the recipe!
