This was very good.I read the reviews and added 1 tsp. vanilla, and 3/4 tsp. cinnamon to the muffin batter. also used canola oil in place of melted butter and 1/2 c. white sugar and 1/4 c. brown. In the crumb topping I increased the cinnamon to 1/4 tsp. I added the crumb topping 5 minutes before taking them out of the oven, as suggested by one user. That was a bad idea, because the muffin tops have already hardened. The next time, I will follow the original recipe in adding the topping together with batter.Also, the topping was too much. I think about 3/4 of what the recipe called for would be enough.
