Gnocchi II

This was my first time making Gnocchi, it went alright, but I would cook them longer next time as they were a bit gooey. I served them with tomato sauce and sprinkled cheese on top! Tasted pretty good.

Sugar Cookies IX

I really enjoyed these cookies, I made some with just dropping onto the cookie sheet, and then others I cut out shapes and either sprinkled with sugar or iced them! All turned out amazing!!!

Peanut Butter Cookies VII

I really am happy I found this recipe! It worked well, the only thing I changed was using 2 eggs instead of 1, and it make all the difference! I enjoy making them, and they disappear quickly!!!

Austrian Jam Cookies

This recipe disappointed me, I found the dough to be very dry and crumbly and didn't work well into balls. It is really to bad, could have been an excellent batch of cookies!
