Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffins

They're very good. I didn't want to use muffin cups and so I found out they don't take 20-25 minutes to bake then; it only takes 10-15 minutes.

Tater Tot Casserole I

It was very good, especially as leftovers. It needed something though. We think it needs diced and sauted onions, green peppers and mushrooms.

Clone of a Cinnabon

I used a GLASS 13x9 dish instead of a metal pan and they came out perfect. They are so delicious and everyone wants me to make them for them. Awesome recipe!

Honey Oatmeal Bread I

This bread has a wonderful texture and a great taste when I use ground flax seed in place of the wheat germ. I used the extra 1/4 cup of bread flours too. My bread keeps falling though and I don't know how to fix the recipe. It's very frustrating!

I think these are really great! I was really skeptical, but all the great reviews made me want to try them. The taste is wonderful. The texture is a little different, but I got used to that really quick. I will definitely make these again.

Momma's Mmm-Mmm-Magnificent Meatloaf

It was a wonderful and easy to make meatloaf. I tend to like kethcup more, but I was very impressed with this one. I put the barbecue sauce bottle and the kethcup bottle on the table when I served it so that we could add what we wanted on top of it though.

Easy Fruit Cobbler

This was SO easy and the topping was so wonderful. I loved how it was crunchy on top. I'm not much for doughiness or dumplings so this was the best cobbler I've had. Yum!

Sweet Dinner Rolls

These were so good! My whole family loved them. I use the yeast in a jar so I used 1 1/2 teaspoons. I will be making these to go with soup, pot roast,italian food and just to eat with bread and jam. Yum! The dough comes out sticky and I have to add flour and knead until it seems right and that's a pain. I'd like to know how much flour to add so it doesn't come out sticky.

Fire and Ice Tomatoes

It has a wonderful sweetness with the right amount of heat. A very nice way to use those tomatoes and cucumbers from the garden. I didn't have mustard seed so I used ground mustard (1/3) and it still tasted great.
