Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2010
Yum with Splenda instead of honey and 1 Tbsp oatmeal instead of wheat germ! I do add some vanilla protein powder to make it more of a meal too.

Sweet 'N' Sour Tossed Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2010
It was very good. Some reviewers were saying it's too sweet, but I think it might not be quite sweet enough. I would make it again, but I may try adjusting the sugar or even see if a tiny bit of salt will make the difference.

Spanish Rice Original

Reviewed: May 25, 2010
Loved it! It's like the spanish rice that my Mom would make when I was growing up. I did have to add an extra cup of chicken broth. I made this with chicken enchiladas and it was a wonderful pairing, but it can go with so many dishes! Absolutely wonderful!

Quick Start Breakfast Drink

Reviewed: May 18, 2010
It was alright, but the wheat germ was very strong. I may try it again, but use less or substitute oatmeal. It was also thinner than I usually like, I may try using the ice that others suggested. It looked like it makes a lot so I cut the recipe by half right away and it was a good amount for my blender.

Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

Reviewed: May 17, 2010
Yummy! I used a frozen banana and it was still a little thinner than I like, but still wonderful. I will try using some ice as well next time. It was great for breakfast, very satisfying.

Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

Reviewed: May 16, 2010
Yum! This made a great breakfast. My banana was also frozen so it was very thick. I had to thin it so I used 1/4 cup orange juice. I will make this a lot!

Creamy Spinach

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2010
Wonderful! I used fresh spinach instead of frozen and it worked fine. I just put on the lid to wilt it down and then stirred it in. It's also great served on crackers or tortilla chips.

Spaghetti Pie III

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2010
It had decent flavor, but it didn't serve up well. The spaghetti was very messy. I've made other spaghetti pies in the past and they usually had some egg to bind the noodles together to make a "crust". If I ever make this again, I would try doing that.

Pan-Fried Asparagus

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2010
This was very good. I tend to like steamed better, but the pan-fried was very similar and the garlic flavor was a nice change.
