Simple Butter Chicken (Murgh Makhani )

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2014
This was wonderful! I used half of the pepper and half of the cayenne so it would be ok for the girls to eat. I would've loved it spicier, but I will only use the full amount if the girls aren't eating it. YUM!!!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2014
LOVED IT! I had to leave out the tabasco, cayenne and black pepper because of my girls and I had to use serrano peppers because the store did not have the green chile peppers. Those were the only changes I did to the recipe and I put it into the crockpot; awesome! I will definitely make this again, thanks for the recipe!

Dad's Asian Slaw

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2013
This was easy and very good and I got a lot of compliments when I took it to a potluck. I did wait to put in the noodles, sunflower seeds and almonds until just before I was going to serve it as others suggested. I'm glad I did because there was some crunch to the salad still. I do believe you could also wait to mix the dressing with the slaw very close to serving it. I will definitely make this again.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2013
Great recipe! I will be making this again since my family loves homemade soups. I followed the recipe except I took others' advice adding some diced carrots, not adding any extra salt and cutting the pepper down to 1/2 teaspoon......perfect!

Crustless Caramelized Onions and Cheese

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2013
I liked it a lot, but the texture was not what I expected. I added peppers and mushrooms because I had them and they sounded good; great addition. It was very easy too so I will probably make this again.

Sweet and Sour Sauce I

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2013
This is very good. It's not like sweet and sour sauces I've had before because it tastes more barbecue-ish, but we did enjoy it and we will make it again. Very easy to make and toss in cooked chicken.

Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2013
YUM!!! This was wonderful as a slider, but it would also be great as a dip. I made Bill's Blue Cheese dressing to put on top and that just took it to a whole 'nother level. We will definitely be making this again.

Creamy Strawberry Crepes

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2013
These are SO wonderful and easy! It was sweet, but that was what was yummy about it. We don't have something like this often so it was so fun to splurge. We used cherry pie filing and canned whipped cream which was easy and yummy. I think blueberry, strawberry, applie, peach, etc pie filling would work too. I was able to get to where I was flipping them without a spatula! When we DO make crepes, this will be our recipe. Thanks for sharing!
