Delicious marinade! I made the roast in the crockpot. Cooked for about 6 hours until it reached temperature. It was delicious.

Apple Crisp

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2013
I usually am a huge fan of apple crisp. However, I found there was too much toppings to apples and it overwhelmed the taste. I do believe it would be tasty with more apples.

Spiced Raisin Mini Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2012
Delicious! My daughter, who is one and a picky eater, has already ate three mini-muffins. I left off the icing to make them healthy. There is so much flavor in these, you just won't be able to stop eating them!

Angie's Perfect Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2011
Delicious! I used an extra cup of flour, and the dough was still very sticky. However, it did rise correctly and cooked up nicely.

Cake Mix Cookies VII

Reviewed: May 3, 2010
These cookies have a different taste/texture to them. They remind me more of a cake or a sponge. I won't make these again.

I followed the recipe exactly, and I found my muffins to be a bit on the dry side.

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2009
This came out good, but I did the following to it: 1. I used all purpose flour since I had no bread flour and had to add an additional 1/4 cup of flour because it was too tacky. 2. I added approx. 1 tsp of Italian seasoning. 3. I brushed the dough with olive oil after rolling it out. 4. I baked it for about 7 minutes in the oven and then added the toppings. This is good for a quick and easy bread dough.

Italian Bread Bowls

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2009
These were delicious! I did make a few changes. First, I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil. Also, I added 1 tsp of a garlic/Italian seasoning mixture. Also, to avoid the bowls being under cooked, as a few people mentioned, I cooked an additional five minutes. I also only made 5 soup bowls since I do enjoy the bowls a little bigger. Soup in these bowls are so delicious you can even eat the dishes!!!

Very delicious! Doubling the crust recipe, I made a bottom crust and a lattice crust for the top. Served with ice cream...a nice little snack:)

These are so much better than buying a box of pancake mix at the store. They are very easy to make too!

World's Best Lasagna

Delicious! I love the meat sauce, and I'm saving that portion of the recipe to use to top my pasta with. Next time, I will add more cheese to the recipe.

Healthy Banana Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2009
As an adult, I wouldn't make these for a party unless you have a lot of health conscience people attending. But, for an option for a healthy snack for the kids, I give this five stars. My children LOVE these cookies. I added 2 TBS crunchy peanut butter, and a dash or so of cinnamon and nutmeg to add flavor. I also used raisins instead of dates. I didn't substitute the applesauce for oil, but I do that a lot in breads and really enjoy the way in turns out, so I will attempt that next time. This is great for the little ones!!!

Buttermilk Syrup

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2009
At first, I was only going to give this 4 stars because it is very, very sweet. But, when you add this to your buttermilk pancakes, the taste in the syrup compliments the taste of the pancakes perfectly. This will get 5 stars in my book! Also, when you make this, use a large sauce pan. I used my medium size one, and I was over flowing so I had to dump all the ingredients into my large sauce pan. This will be great to serve to my guests!

Buttermilk Pancakes II

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2009
This turned out delicious!!!! I even forgot to add the baking soda, and the pancakes were still light and fluffy. My one year old almost ate a whole pancake on his own! Top these pancakes with the buttermilk syrup recipe for a yummy treat:)

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2009
These were DELICIOUS! I, too, used my KitchenAid mixer. I mixed the milk and water together, and microwaved it for 1 minute. I added the yeast to this mixture, and let it dissolve. Next, I added the sugar. Then, I added the remainder of the ingredients, except for the flour, and mixed them together. Finally, I added the flour 1/2 a cup at a time and continued to stir. When a ball was formed, I turned the mixer to the kneading cycle, and I kneaded for about 3-5 minutes. I placed the dough into a greased bowl, turning once to cover the entire dough. I let this raise for an hour. I then punched down the dough, cut into two sections, and proceeded as initial directions stated. These rolls came out absolutely delicious. My husband said he could have these every night of the week.

Balsamic Roasted Red Potatoes

These came out really good. My husband doesn't usually enjoy potatoes like these, but these ones he really liked. I didn't have Balsamic Vinegar on hand, so I used red wine vinegar instead. Good recipe!

Salsa Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2008
This was SO DELICIOUS!!!! First, it was so easy to make, with very little ingredients. Second, it was full of lots of flavor. I shared my piece of chicken with my four year old since I never eat a full piece. I wish I hadn't shared because I could've devoured the entire piece. I absolutely recommend this recipe!!!

Basil Cream Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2008
Really delicious! I impressed the in-laws with this recipe, and they all raved about it. I did make a couple of changes since I didn't have all the ingredients on hand. Instead of heavy cream, I used 2 cups of skim milk and added corn starch until it thickened. I also didn't have pimentos, so I added sun dried tomatoes. This is a recipe that has made its way to my personal recipe box. I would make it again the way I did it since it's a low fat option.
