Newport Clam Chowder
This chowder is excellent! I am very picky about clam chowder and I generally only eat it at a favorite local restaurant, because I have been eating it there since I was a kid. I have since moved away and I had a craving for chowder so I thought I would give this one a try. I am glad I did! It was very easy to make too. I used 5 medium potatoes, 4 cans of chopped clams, 2 jars of clam juice and 2 cans of chicken broth. Delicious! I can't wait to make it again.

Different Chicken Divan
I loved this recipe! I will have to say that the spices were a little strong. I think that is the reason why my husband didn't like it so much. Next time I make it I will cut down the amounts of each of the spices slightly and hopefully he will like it better, because this is a recipe I would like to make fairly often.

Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups
This recipe is a keeper! It was very quick and easy and very good. I misunderstood the recipe when I was making it and added bread crumbs to the stuffing rather than just rolling the chicken in bread crumbs. I still rolled the chicken in the bread crumbs, though, and it still turned out great despite my mistake. I think the next time I make it I will purposefully make the same mistake again, because the bread crumbs added to the stuffing helped to thicken it a bit and stay inside the chicken while it baked.
