I really enjoyed this one! I had only had tabbouleh outside of home and I liked it, but found that it was "missing something" for me--this recipe made it all that I wanted it to be. I liked it by itself and tucked into a warm pita.

Shiitake and Baby Bella Mushroom Risotto

This came out GREAT! I only used the baby bellas because that was available. If you have any reservations about trying to make risotto, try this receipe--it's easy and the results are awesome.

Fluffy Pancakes

Believe the rating on this one--these pancakes were truly fantastic! I hadn't made pancakes from scratch in a long time, and these were not only easier, but also more fluffy. Next time, I'll try to remember to add a little vanilla, but if I don't, who cares, they are GREAT without it.

Turkey Sausage Breakfast

This was really good & my brunch guests enjoyed it! I used "Momma's Turkey Sausage" recipe to make my own turkey sausage. I also added an extra egg. Like other reviewers recommended, we rolled the leftovers up in flour tortillas for a quick breakfast wraps the next morning.

Clone of a Cinnabon

BELIEVE THE HYPE! These are simply delicious--and the 5-star rating is WELL deserved. I don't see how anyone has said that they do not taste exactly like Cinnabons because they are eerily close. I will make these over and over again! I did mix the filling together before spreading it, next time I'll try it as written to see what the diffderence will be. I also followed the recommendation to make enough frosting to use an 8 oz block of cream cheese and froze it in small spoonfuls, and I'm sure that they will come in handy. I froze half of the batch before baking them--and thank goodness I did because it will keep me and my husband from shamelessly consuming all of them in a matter of days. : )

Apple Strudel Muffins

Really great muffins. I added cinnamon and will remember to do the sugar half & half next time. I followed the recommendation to grate half of the apples & dice the others, and that worked out very well.

Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup

Flavorful & delicious. I highly recommend this shoup. I used jarred red bell peppers (plus two fresh) & fire roasted tomatoes. Served with sour cream, but is also good plain. I pureed most of the solids and added the peppers that I roasted myself at the end.

Chicken Enchiladas V

Quick, easy & tasty! I made a total of six, so I did not have to double the sauce--but I see why people do. I added a couple of tablespoons of medium salsa to the chicken/onion mixture, and used 1/4 of an onion instead of the whole onion and added a little shredded pepper jack cheese to the mixture before filling the tortillas. This is a definite keeper for my arsenal! THANK YOU!

DELICIOUS! I used store bought pie crusts and it came out great with Jonagold apples. If your apples are really sweet, you may want to cut the sugar a little.

Mom's Turkey Sausage Patties

I followed the recommendation of another review and added 1T of maple syrup and it turned out FANTASTIC! The seasonings were fine as written--I wouldn't double them as some have recommended, but if you like it on the spicy side, add cayenne.

The World's Greatest Crab Recipe

I did these in the oven instead of on the grill and the flavor was fantastic! I cannot wait to fire up the grill to try them that way, too. I put them on a sheet pan in the oven at 350 for 4 minutes on each side, then under the broiler on high for 5 minutes. We ate them as soon as they came out--they didn't even make it to a plate! :)
