Easy Chocolate Bundt Cake Glaze

Beer Can Chicken

This is my favorite way to do chicken. Put it on the grill during pregame and take it off at halftime. You really don't need to check it. The hardest part is keeping people from opening the grill to see what is smelling so good. Experiment with different beers and rubs. Indirect heat is the key. Oh, one more thing all the pictures have the wings just sticking out, I like to tuck the tips behind the breast, it keeps them from getting overcooked. Save me a leg!!

Easy Baking Powder Drop Biscuits

My wife and kids love these. I will not buy the biscuits in a can again. Great with sausage gravy. Easy enough for my 9 year old daughter to make with just a minnimal amount of supervision.

Breakfast Casserole II

Great base recipe. Had to adjust for what my pantry contained. Subbed out tomatoes for mushrooms, hamburger for sausage, did add basil, parsley, and rosemary. Fried up some thin sliced potatoes in the hamburger fat. And I had to use velveeta instead of cheddar. I guess I just liked the idea of adding the can of mushroom soup. Anyway the fam loved it, no left overs.

Crispy Fried Chicken

Really good fried chicken. My family loved it. It was nice and crispy, good hot or cold. I hate to say it but it was almost too crispy. Everyone kept walking by and pinching off little pieces of crunchy, I knew they were guilty because I could hear them crunching across the room. Thanks for the recipe.

Marinade for Chicken

Love it, I use Italian dressing instead of oil and vineager. Love to bake chicken thighs in the marinade and then thicken it with cornstarch for a great sauce.

Sloppy Joes II

Yummy stuff, thanks for the recipe. My family had a labor day party at the lake and we made this for about 40 people. Everyone loved it, especially the cook (me), because I didn't have to spend the whole afternoon in front of the grill. More time in the lake and not on the bake. Served with cole slaw, baked beans, and pasta salad. Awesome meal.

Eastern North Carolina Barbeque Sauce

I loved this sauce. I made it for my daughter's graduation party( in Texas), most guests chose a Texas style bbq sauce, but for me when eating pulled pork it has to be Carolina style sauce.

Green Bean Stir-Fry

Thanks for the recipe! I used frozen French cut green beans. Reminded me of Thai food. Next time I am going to add a little cilantro and lime juice. Even the kids loved it.

Basic Biscuits

Great recipe, I was too lazy to go to the store just for biscuits. My 10 year old daughter loved helping, especially the butterfly shaped cookie cutter we used. I played with the dough a little much and rolled them a little thin, but everyone loved them anyway.

Sweet and Sour Sauce I

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Seven Layer Taco Dip

Just made three batches of this for tomorrow's big game. I left out the lettuce and the chives, but added some sliced pickled jalapenos on top for those of us who like it spicy. It was difficult not to rip open a bag of chips and dig right in, but once you start on this, there is no stopping until it is all gone.

Best Tuna Casserole

I did not know that I liked Tuna Cassrole until I tried this recipe. I've made it twice now. Great on the budget also. All ingredients, plus a salad still cost about 10 bucks.

Baked Lemon Chicken

We had a butter festival yesterday and this was the star attraction. I added more garlic and lemon juice. Served with fettucine alfredo, steamed zucc, and a pinot grigio.
