Although I miss my mother's recipe index cards, the ones that are folded, stained and have comments written on the sides. This site offers so much more variety. I also enjoy the comments from other cooks. I use my grills (I have four of them) about three times a week. Steak and brisket have to be my favorites, but recently due to increasing waist sizes, I have been cooking more chicken. Making homemade eggrolls with the kids, the cousins and friends. I also love grilling on the beach with my family. In our house if you cook, you don't do dishes. I am not sure if this is a tradition or a triumph, but in any case it is my favorite rule. I placed a kitchen towel too close to the stove one time and started a small fire. My wife and kids still say this is the only thing I have ever burned. Ha Ha!
