Awesome!!! I did what some of the other viewers recommended. I doubled the sauce, used brown sugar instead of white sugar, ginger powder instead of fresh ginger and garlic in a jar. I also used lite soy sauce and organic apple cider vinegar. Used boneless chicken breast instead of thighs. I layered a roasting pan with foil place the chicken in it then poured half of the sauce over it. Baked in the oven covered for 30 minutes. Took foil off basted chicken again then cooked for 40 minutes uncovered. The chicken was very moist and tasty. I will definitely make this again. -Tiny
