Cajun Spiced Pork Chops for 2

This rub is the best rub I have ever had. Not only did my wife and I love the pork chops, but we shared the recipe with the rest of the family and they love it too. I love the way there is a lot of flavor and a nice kick on top of it. Wonderful!

Vietnamese Sandwich

I have never tasted a sandwich like it. I loved the contrasting flavors of the garlic sauce and lime and the cucumbers and cilantro add a freshness that makes a completely satisfying sandwich.

Zucchini Boats on the Grill

This was amazing! I didn't grill them, and I cooked up two slices of bacon. I put them in the oven in a baking dish, covered it with aluminum foil and cooked them for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. This is a great way to get your greens :)

Pat's Baked Beans

Great flavor, very easy to make. I used honey instead of the molasses and it tasted great. Only thing I would change next time is to switch out the garbanzo beans with a can of pinto beans. The garbanzo beans make it sort of crunchy.

Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Dip

This is the best dip EVER! I would have eaten until I was sick if I didn't have any sense. Even my wife said this was the best dip she'd ever had. The only changes I made was to use 4 chicken thighs instead of 2 breasts, doubled the hot sauce and layered the dip instead of mixing it all together.

Bread Machine Pizza Dough

This is an amazing recipe. If I were to rate it based on my first impression however, I would never had given it five stars. It literally took me six times of making it before I was able to figure out how to make it correctly. Here's a few hints: 1. The dough is supposed to be sticky. It does NOT turn out like normal dough. I added flour the first couple of times and it turned out BAD. 2. Roll the dough out on a flat surface and then transfer to an oiled pizza pan. Coat the surface with flour, and put flour on the top so the roller doesn't stick. I tried putting the dough on to a pizza pan coated with flour, but this didn't help. The crust stuck to the pan. 3. I only needed to cook the dough, toppings included, 18 minutes. Check at 15 minutes, and every couple of minutes thereafter. Do not let it overcook.

Never Fail Pie Crust II

I made this crust only using half the ingredients and it turned out to be the perfect amount for one pie. The crust was flaky and golden brown. My wife even commented on how it tasted like her mom's crust. I'll never use a different one.

Hot German Potato Salad III

I have had german potato salad from the deli at my local grocery store and didn't enjoy it very much. I however can't get enough of this potato salad. I never thought I'd see the day when a sauce was made with bacon grease. And there is just the right amount of vinegar to give it a slight tang, instead of the salad tasting like vinegar. I love this recipe and will use it many times in the future.

Burrito Pie

I liked the flavor but the tortillas got soggy and ended up with a strange texture. It was good, but I don't think flour tortillas are a good mix in a casserole. Next time, I'll crush chips or use corn torillas.

Easy Mexican Casserole

This is a very easy recipe and one that is extremely delicious. When I cook it, I make sure to leave some juice in the meat/salsa mixture because it can become very dry. I also mix the sour cream, tomatoes, chives, and olives together instead of making layers. This is one of my favorite recipes.
