I am a Paraprofessional Elementary School teacher. I have 4 adult children of which I am very proud. My eldest sister and I are both now widdowed and back living together in the house I was born and raised in. We were both married in the house.
My cooking triumphs
I once taught a Mexican woman how to make cheese enchaladas! Although she now gets the credit for them, my family and I know it was my recipe.

Sweet Potato-Turkey Meatloaf
Had smaller potato and added extra bread as my sister likes things on the dry side. (Anything to get her to eat.) Was still moist enough for me. Added cheese blend on top with a little inside too.
