Slow-Cooked Orange Chicken

Personally I do not care for biscuit type shortcake but my husband loved it. I sprayed mini buntcake pan and sprinkled with sugar, rolled small logs to just fit the the bottom of the pans. They rose slightly and looked great as individual shortcakes. The family love them for my husbands birthday.

Shortbread Meltaways

I rolled dough into log using waxed paper and refrigerated 1 hour as previously suggested and it worked very well. The cookies were good but lacked a little sweetness so I drizzled with a little powered sugar and milk icing. I would recomment this recipe and I will also use it again.

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

I agree this is the best Banana Nut Bread, very moist, smooth and a great banana flavor. I freeze my bananas once they go brown in the skin. I accumilate several in a gallon baggie before using and when you one the top they slide right out and do not acculilate a lot of extra moisture.
