No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2010
a good friend LOVES this pie and demands it when we have potluck. can be made dairy free too which is nice for another friend who can't take the dairy anymore (use tofutti cream cheese).

very good! i used oat bran instead and used a variety of dried fruits and came out great. very tasty way to get some good fiber and makes for a tasty breakfast or snack that isn't bad for you.

a very tasty way to eat red lentils that is easy to prepare with a few ingredients. found i needed more liquid than the recipe called for though.

a little big for just one pizza stone... will divide into two next time and make two pizzas. the crust raises very nicely and browns nicely as well.

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2005
i just moved in with my in-laws and wasn't sure where my cookbooks are. my mother-in-law doesn't bake much so i dug out what i could find of my stuff. had to use 1/2 stick butter, some margarine. came out perfect. flaky great biscuits that were a snap to make!

Cherry Pie III

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2001
excellent! double the filling and if you happen to use sweet cherries like i did, then cut the sugar in half. a very forgiving recipe, since i added a little more cherries and approximated a little more of everything and it came out great.
