These were okay, Don't use thick cut bacon or it doesn't cook all the way through. Filling was great tasting!

Chocolate Chip Bread I

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2011
Okay first time making this. Set it to med and it was still slightly doughy in the middle. Sooo disappointed. What pieces I was able to pull of and try was good. So I'll maybe have to try the dark setting for it to bake all the way? (partly might be my breadmaker, its 1pound and a little old, think its time for a new one!)

Zeke's Tortilla Soup

AWSOME! Used 4 cups chicken broth in place of 3 cups wat, still use 15 bullion cubes. This takes a lot of time to make. I am thankful my sister was here to shread chicken for me! or dinner would of been 30 minutes later!Couldn't find ground coriander, but found coriander seeds and put them in my chopper to groung. Worked perfectly! Will make again, an plan to have more time to do so!

Egg Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2011
Okay I used ham and the flavor was great! But I give it 3 stars cause I cooked it for 40 minutes at 375 and it still wasn't done in the center. For time sake I had to put it into the microwave for 10 minutes to finish cooking it.

Southern Gal Biscuits

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2010
These turned out okay for me. A little thin, but next time I will roll out a little thicker. I used the suggestion of using a food processor and worked great. I also used butter from a log (amish made) and it gave them a different flavor. They still turned out light and fluffy just thin.

E-Z Drop Biscuits

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2009
I made these last night They were great!. I made a first batch just to see what they turned out like, and since they were so easy and good I made two more batches to freeze!! I made all three batches without the cream of tartar, and my last batch was made with margine instead of butter and turned out kind of flat compared to the others, still tasted great. I would recommend using real butter. Great quick and easyrecipe thanks!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2008
Okay I'm not the best baker out there so I think I messed up by using margine instead of butter, my dough wasn't dough it was more like a wattery pudding! No way I could form balls, but cookies still turned out! a little thin but were still good. I always seem to mess up an easy recipe. I'm going to try again! Thanks for a good cookie
