This sounds like what I've been looking for to replace a cake mix -- does anyone know if I could add a package of instant pudding mix -- like the cake mixes with pudding. I'm planning to poke holes in the top and then pour a topping of coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk and coconut -- make the sweetened condensed milk from scratch -- easy -- again, we can control the ingredients -- if I add the pudding mix, do I increase the milk?? Thanks if anyone has a suggestion on this.
