To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Seriously the best blueberry muffins that have ever existed. The recipe is pretty fool-proof (except for getting temp right on fan-oven!) and is met by compliments every time I make it!

Tex-Mex Macaroni and Cheese

Delicious alternative to Hamburger Helper Cheeseburger Macaroni (which I love!)... and definitely more tasty! I made the recipe as stated, and we ate every bite - especially my 15 month-old son!

This is my secret recipe. SO delicious and makes every difference when making a turkey. I sit smugly when my mother-in-law sets out her Christmas turkey...and it is no where NEAR as good as my Thanksgiving turkey! Thank you for giving me the one-up! :D

Bread and Celery Stuffing

I wish I could give more stars than just 5! I look forward to Thanksgiving all year round just for this recipe! I don't alter a thing and make it the day before so it's ready to go! My mother-in-law and her mother both asked for the recipe our first Thanksgiving and ask every year whether I'm making it! Thank you!

Cream Corn Like No Other

I'm always suprised at how delicious this turns out. Tastes better than anything I ever had when I lived in the Southwest and now that I live in England - it blows my in-laws minds! A Thanksgiving staple!

Sweet Dinner Rolls

I have made this two years in a row and my grandpa LOVED it and took some leftovers home with him! I've made it with and without a breadmaker, and they turned out beautifully both times. I don't make the crescents (because at Thanksgiving, who has time?!) but did make "pull apart" dinner rolls. THANK YOU!

Marbled Pumpkin Cheesecake

Delicious! I failed a bit with the swirly-part, but I think that's more down to my artistic prowess! I'd never EVER made a cheesecake before, and this one turned out fine! I was struggling to get the middle to cook through, but eventually turned the oven off and let it sit there. It cooked through and didn't crack!

Velvety Pumpkin Soup With Blue Cheese and Bacon

A delicious soup! However, when I made it with molasses, it was a disaster; when I made it with genuine maple syrup, it was to die for! I served in a bread bowl and it went down a treat!

Cranberry Sauce

Thank you for this recipe! I don't generally care for cranberry sauce, but this was delicious! My mother-in-law loved it! It was a bit thinner than I expected, but after years of tinned sauce I don't think I knew just what to expect! UPDATE: made this again this year and it is even better than I remembered! The key is letting the cranberries boil for quite some time... I think I left them for 20 minutes! The longer they simmer, the thicker it gets!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

2996 5-star reviews cannot be wrong! And they weren't! I followed this recipe to the T (except used real pumpkin rather than tinned...MUCH more time consuming!) and had absolutely no problems at all with it. The 6 cupcake-style ones I made were gorgeous and didn't take long to bake. The rest was flung in a 9x9 stoneware baking pan and cooked beautifully in about 1hr 20m. Requests are coming from all from all and sundry to make for Thanksgiving AND Christmas! THANK YOU FOR ADDING THIS TO MY LIFE! :)
