Just ok, gravy too thick. Most likely won't make this anymore.

Armenian Rice Pilaf

Made this tonight for 8 people and it was wonderful. It looks good when it was served and tasted just as good. Very easy! Definitely a keeper. I made it exactly as the recipe stated but because I had 8 guests, I doubled the recipe. It makes a lot!!! Everyone ate large helping and some took seconds and still had a lot left over.

I made this dish tonight for 8 friends and it was just delicious. Presentation was beautiful and it tasted as good as it looked. I followed the recipe exactly except the mustard seed, I used dijon mustard. Definitely a keeper!!

Banana Upside-Down Cake

Just made this to serve as a dessert for my dinner party. Wow!! It was wonderful! Made it exactly as the recipe called for and used a 13 X 9 pan. Inverted it as soon as it came out of oven and nothing stuck. The cake and the presentation was 5 stars.

Calico Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2008
Wow, awesome recipe. I made this for a BBQ I went to and everyone wanted the recipe. I used 2 cans of baked beans in chile sauce which I did not drain. I drained the two other cans of beans, one was kidney, one was pinto. I used a pound of bacon, fried it crisp and crumbled it into the beans when everything was mixed. In the bacon grease, I sauteed 1/2 cup onion, 1/2 cup green pepper, and 1/2 cup red pepper. My family loved it and I am making it for the third time in two weeks. My older sons fought over who was taking the little bit of leftovers home. You have to try it!! Easy and delicious.
