Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
AMAZING. Since I made it at the end of Nov. I used canned tomato's (one fire roasted, the other regular). I also didn't have tomato juice on hand and figured the juice from the can's would work. I tasted as I went to determine how much basil, cream and butter to add. It turned out amazing. Thanks for the recipe!

The Best Banana Pudding
great! i didnt have cool whip so I made chantilly cream and folded that in instead and it was great. I also used vanilla wafers from Trader Joes which were really good with this recipie.

Christmas Turtle Candies
Great recipie, but I didnt follow the directions based on other reviews. I tried like many suggested to just melt the carmel in the microwave but it was way too runny to make attractive candies. I put the carmels in a bowl and put just a little bit of milk in (just enough to cover the bottom of the bowl). I microwaved the carmels until they were very soft but not totally melted. I took the carmels in my hand, used a little bit of the milk and formed it to the pecans. This made a really good shape and texture. It was really hot working with though so be careful.
