Lemon Cream Pasta with Chicken

OMG! I am usually one to take a recipe and make changes to my liking but, reading the comment about keeping the recipe as is...I decided to stray from the norm and actually follow the instructions. This is an AWESOME recipe. I was not convinced that the flavor would be enough but, I was completely wrong. So good. Lighter than thought...even with the cream. The only thing I had to do differently was add more stock as I was cooking because I only had penne pasta and it needed more moisture. Thank you! I will make this again...and again.

BLT Pasta Salad

My new favorite pasta salad. I added peas and used green onions. There are never any left overs of this in my household! Definately on the menu for the 4th of July!

Roasted Chicken with Risotto and Caramelized Onions

Great recipe! You definately need patience and constant attention to cooking the risotto. I added gorgonzola and mushrooms as well. The second time I made it, I switched out the chicken with shrimp and crab. Sooo good!

Slow-Cooked Pork Barbecue

I am addicted to this recipe. I've made it 3 times since discovering it. Each time I've used a different BBQ sauce..not on purpose, the store ran out of the kind I like. My favorite is a smokey BBQ. The soda gives it a nice flavor. I drained the liquid more than suggested before adding the sauce...really, anyway you do it...it is a great recipe.

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie

I am not a baker by any means. I followed the advise about making the meringue first so it can be added to the pie right as it came out of the oven. Other than that, I followed the recipe to the T. It came out PERFECT. Not as scary as I thought...I honestly believed that I would completely screw it up. How I impressed myself! Love it, Love it, Love it!
