Yogurt Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2010
Great cake. Easy to make and loved by all in the family. I cup the sugar to 1 cup and it made a wonderful cake that wasn't so sweet. I didn't have lemon so I used key lime yogurt. Great flavor.

Cowboy Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2010
Awesome cookies. I was looking for an oatmeal cookie only because I have a bunch of oatmeal that needs to be used. I was never a huge fan of oatmeal cookies. I AM NOW! Great recipe. Like others I used a teaspoon of vanilla and added an extra cup of oats, although next time I will not add a extra full cup. Half a cup extra is enough.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2008
This recipe was wonderful! I added a bit of real onion and layed it on top of the cooking pork. I put it on low for about 8-9 hours and it just melts in your mouth. Made awesome gravy from the juice also.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2008
This is a no fail recipe!!!! My husband and son loved it. I ran out of butter so I used half butter and half brunnel and brown yogurt butter. I also used 3/4 cup toffee crumbles and 1 1/2 cup chocolate chunks. They are fabulous. I will try all brummel and brown next time and see if they are just as good. It takes alot of the fat out of the cookie but leaves the taste.

Easy Skillet Chicken a la King

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2008
This was so easy to cook. It took 20 minutes start to finish. My husband loved it!!! He had several helpings and took some for left overs. I will make this on a regular basis. I put it over biscuits and even my picky toddler loved it. I also added more veggies to it and gave it a bit more flavor.
