Tropical Sweet Potato Fries
Fabulous flavor, though making sure they're only fork-tender is important! I used 1 tbsp table salt instead of kosher, and will decrease it to 2 tsp table salt next time.

Ham And Cheese Frittata
After cooking vegetables, remove, re-oil pan, add egg mixture, then sprinkle veggies on top, so eggs don't stick terribly.

Szechwan Shrimp
Great with tripled sauce, 5 carrots, 1 cup sliced bell peppers, and chicken instead of shrimp.
