Scrumptious Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Gravy

This was very good. Not like the salisbury steak you get in a frozen dinner. The gravy is really creamy. I will definitely make this again.

Scallops Mascarpone

Pistachio Cake II

This cake was awesome. It turned out very moist and flavorful. I followed other's suggestions, and made my frosting out of cool whip and pistachio pudding. It turned out perfect.

I really liked this recipe. It's easy, it only uses a few ingredients, and it's good. I was a little concerned that the chicken would be dry (usually boneless breasts in the crockpot come out dry for me), but the sauce made up for any dryness. I will definitely make this one again.

Sloppy Joes II

These were by far the best Sloppy Joes I have ever tasted. They were so easy to make, and I loved that I had all the ingredients on hand. I will never buy the canned stuff again.

Sugar Cookie Cutouts

Thanks so much for the recipe, these cookies were excellent. This is the best recipe I have ever tried for cutout cookies. I followed the recipe exactly, except I only refridgerated the dough for about an hour because I was short on time. They turned out perfectly. I will continue to use this recipe whenever I make cutouts.

Boudreaux's Zydeco Stomp Gumbo

This was very good. I made the mistake of adding cooked okra to the finished gumbo. This wasn't in the recipe, but I like okra, and thought it would be good. Unfortunately, it made the gumbo way too thick. I had to use some chicken broth to thin it out some, and then it was fine. I will definitely make this again.

Sausage Jalapeno Poppers

This recipe was delicious and pretty easy to make. The only thing that I did differently, was to put them in the broiler for 10 minutes after I took them out of the oven, to crisp the bacon. Very good.

World's Best Bacon Cheese Dip

This was very good and easy to make. The store I bought my ingredients from did not have swiss cheese, so I used Monteray Jack, but that was the only change I made. I took it to my grandma's house on Christmas, and everyone loved it. They all wanted the recipe.
