Fluffy Pancakes
Awesome! Made them for Father's day Brunch. Followed recipe + added vanilla, & doubled it! Had more than enough! Family loved it! Will not use boxed mix again! Thx for sharing!

Famous Butter Chicken
AWESOME! 10 stars if you had it! This is truly a keeper! Made this today for dinner tonight. Followed to a T, but as I usually do, added a little extra seasonings. Most important part for me is to pound the chicken flat...seems to make it extra tender. Some recommended cut the butter (I didn't end up doing this as I discovered it needed more, due to the amt of chicken I had), I added Grill Mates Chicken rub directly to chicken (I almost always use that on all chicken recipes), + salt, onion powder, extra garlic salt & parm cheese to cracker crumbs, and flour per suggestion of others. Added cloves of garlic to pan w/butter per suggestion and spooned juices over as suggested by others too. I timed it for 25min, but needed a little extra time, due to the # of pcs I had to cook. Tasted a small pc and I can't wait for dinner! My husband came out of his office because it smelled so good! Hope kids like it! Thanks for this YUMMY recipe!

Mama's Italian Wedding Soup
Excellent! This is a keeper! My husband who is 1/2 sicilian loved it and said it reminded him of his mother's and aunts! I did add garlic, salt, pepper, extra basil and a tad bit oregano and used high quality chicken stock vs. reg broth. Also, next time will take another's advice and add cooked pasta at the end to avoid it from soaking up most of the broth. Thx for sharing!
