While these tasted good, they are NOT Blondies. It's a big cookie. I blame myself for not looking at the picture closer. I wanted something that was more inline with a BROWNIE, except not chocolate. NOT a COOKIE. Very disapointed by this recipe and am surprised by how many people have given it 5 stars. It's not that good by any stretch. They should change the name to chocolate chip cookie since it's not a blondie at all.

Beer Biscuits

These came out so light flaky! This is practically a fool proof recipe. I made this with my 8 year old so we ended up just throwing everything in the bowl and mixing it together at once (I added a tad more beer to make them drop biscuits). Great addition to my lunch soup.

Potato Pancakes II

These were really good. I added a grated carrot, garlic powder and salt and pepper. Must use a good amount of oil to get them nice and crisp!

Pumpkin Bread I

I halved the recipe, used 1 cup of fresh pumpkin for the canned and cut out the water. It was fabulous.

very good cookies. My daughters loved them. I found them to be a bit too sweet though and will decrease sugar next time to just 1 c or 1 1/4 c

Basic British Scones

Very tasty, Very easy and Very quick! I used a tad more sugar and needed a bit more milk and they were perfect. I put them in mini muffin tins instead of cutting them out. they fluffed up very nicely! (do not over knead the dough or it will be tough and flat). My little girls loved them for their tea party.

Banana Banana Bread

this is probably the BEST banana bread I've ever had (or made). My kids could not stop eating it (or me either!) A loaf never lasts long.

Blue Ribbon Sugar Cookies

I love these cookies - actually everyone who tries these loves them. They are ADDICTIVE! I've never had a batch last more than a day and a half. The recipe is very versital which I love, and is super easy - makes it easy to make with kids.

Baked Macaroni and Cheese I

This is a fabulous dish! So easy and soooooo good! And it re-heats really well too. I didn't add the onions as I don't like them, and I didn't add the bacon so it needed a little salt. But it was great and soooo easy (I made while chatting on the phone!).
