Spaghetti Sauce with Ground Beef

This recipe was fantastic - but I used Johnsonville Italian Sausage instead of using ground beef. It really added so much depth and flavor of spice! It was so hearty and delicious.

Blackened Chicken Alfredo Pizza

This was a great recipe. Alfredo-based sauces aren't my favorite, but my husband wanted one so I made this one and I was not disappointed. I made the crust with whole wheat and it turned out fine. I seriously recommend this recipe to everyone! And don't skim on the cream, butter, cheese, or bacon.

Zesty Sweet Potato Fries

They were mushy - and I followed this recipe to a tee. However, the reason this isn't a one star recipe is because the flavor is great. I will probably apply the flavor to a real CRISPY sweet potato fries recipe.

Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Loved this recipe. I used romaine lettuce and green pepper instead of red, but I doubt that made that much of a difference. Definitely liked the dipping sauce directly on top of the chicken mixture. Will make again!

Grands!® Mini Pizzas

These were okay, but I guess I prefer less of a biscuit-y crust with my pizzas. The biscuit also soaked up a lot of the sauce. Not my favorite, but quick and easy to throw together.

Praline-Pumpkin Mousse Cornucopias

This was a great way to use up pumpkin pie leftovers - turning it into mousse! That being said, I wish all the ingredients had been fresh instead of processed. I didn't think I could assemble a dessert like this, and I did!

These were a big hit - more flavorful than potatoes baked in water, for sure! I doubled the recipe and made a big batch for Thanksgiving. They were such a hit with my family!

Moist and Savory Stuffing

Never having made stuffing before, I went with the basic recipe with just celery, broth, and onions. I wish I had jazzed it up with sausage and mushroom flavors. It was so boring and dull. I did enjoy the wheat bread, though, making it superior to the other stuffing brands, IMO.

I thought this was okay. I would have preferred more of a sauce instead of a medley of ingredients, and a spicier kick instead of just in the sausage. The chick peas were odd too. Maybe it would have been better as a cold pasta salad.

Healthy Banana Cookies

I didn't have dates so I used apricots instead. My toddler gobbled these up and begged for them, but I didn't think they had enough flavor for adults. Could be great with some modifications!
