Baked Ziti I
This meal was fantastic! The provelone and sour cream mixture was heaven! My fiance enjoyed the dish very much! It made a ton so we immediately froze half. A few weeks later, it was still very, very tasty. Thank you for the recipe!

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
This recipe was great! I had more than 2 cups of seeds to I increased the amounts and added some olive oil to my butter since I used light butter and then added garlic and onion powder. Fantastic! Cooked in exactly one hour and my fiance said it's a keeper!

Sour Cream Pork Chops
This recipe has a lot of potential. I did all the prep work in the morning and the pork browned up beautifully. However, I was gone for about nine hours which was WAY too long to have these in the slow cooker so by the time I got home the meat was overcooked and there was hardly any liquid left so I had to add a can of crm mushroom soup and some milk. Moral of the story- the pork only needs to cook for about 4-5 hours. Otherwise, the taste was great!
