Sugar Cookie Cutouts

These were amazing! Really easy to make, and with just the right amount of sweetness. I added some cinnamon to boost the flavor. Didn't have any problem when rolling, even if I didn't wait for the full 3 hours for the dough to chill.

Scented Applesauce-Cinnamon Ornaments

These were amazing. Taking the reviews into account, I used 1 cup applesauce and 1 cup cinnamon and was prepared to use more cinnamon if the consistency wasn't right. Surprisingly, the ratio was perfect! I did bake mine, as suggested, and decorated them with glue and glitter or paint. I poked the holes with a straw. Thank you for a fun project! I am not sure if the scent holds, but we'll have to wait and see.

Creamy Pesto Shrimp

This recipe was great as a base. I added to it - 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 green bell pepper, one extra large fresh mushroom, a dash of cayenne pepper and some crumbled feta cheese. It was amazing!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

It was good, but lacked a strong pumpkin flavor. I added more spices, 1/4 cup sour cream for the cream cheese part and made my own crust.

Orange Muffins

Amazing! I substituted 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons oil for the 1/2 cup butter, because I didn't have enough and dipped the muffins in the melted butter/sugar/cinnamon mixture after baking. Thanks!

Cream of Pumpkin Soup

We wanted a savory soup, so we made a few changes. First of all, I pureed my onion before cooking (so that I didn't need to transfer the hot mixture in my processor later) and added 1 carrot and 1 red bell pepper to it. Also, I used -eyeballing- the following spices: curry powder, sweet paprika and cayenne pepper. It was delicious, and the cinnamon croutons were phenomenal.

Cooked Pumpkin

I come from Greece, where pumpkin is rarely used in cooking/baking. Seeing that none of my friends or relatives knew what to do with one, I was intimidated by it. However, this method was perfect! A good sized pumpkin gave me 9 cups of puree. Thanks for this recipe. I'll use it again.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

They were amazing! I went with what I had and used margarine and all white sugar. Per other reviews, I refrigerated the dough and didn't grease my parchment paper. DO NOT bake for more than 15 minutes. They may look undone, but trust me, they are just fine once they cool.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

I didn't have enough spinach, so I added some sauteed fresh mushrooms and peppers. I used preboiled lasagna. It came out a little bit on the dry side, so next time I'll use normal boiled lasagna and cook for less time (since everything you use is already cooked) and/or double the sauce.

Herbed Greek Roasted Potatoes with Feta Cheese

This side dish is a keeper! Next time I'll omit the garlic, because I prefer a sweeter, milder taste. I used more lemon juice than the original recipe called for (eyeballed it, probably doubled it).

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

It was great. I added 1/2 diced green bell pepper, sweet paprika and kalamata olives. Also, I used fresh spearmint instead of parsley, because we have it in abundance. Easy and delicious!
