Herb Roasted Pork
Not really much of a pork loin fan so I like to try different ways to enhance the flavor and this recipe did the trick! The juice from the glaze kept the meat nice and tender. I also added a little water at the bottom of my roasting pan to keep it from drying out. I'm not sure if that's what should be done always, but chances are if I use my roasting pan, I always put water on the bottom. I will be using this recipe again.

Maria's Stuffed Chicken Breasts
This came out splendidly! It was a little messy stuffing the chicken, but I think that may have partly been because I didn't drain the thawed spinach well enough. Still yummy! I will definitely be making this again!

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole
I use 1 lb. of fresh green beans instead of the can. Delicious recipe, however I might add a little milk or something to make it creamier.
