Bob's Stuffed Banana Peppers

A very very good recipe! I had trouble removing the seeds/membranes so I cut the peppers down the middle and opened them up then stuffed then put an extra slice of pepper on top. Topped with provolone after baking for an hour. I used ground beef instead of sausage which was good but next time I will use the sausage. A wonderful hearty, comforting dish.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

What a wonderful simple and elegant pie. It came out perfect. I thought that I might miss the addition of cinnimon but it was buttery and rich. I did have some issues with baking time. It took way longer than the 35 to 45 minutes for my apples to become soft. I will look to altering that part of it. Otherwise, a wonderful pie.

Michelle's Roast Chicken

Very good recipe. I used 1 teaspoon of the chile sauce instead of 1 tablespoon thinking it would add too much heat. I liked the results but I could have probably used the full tablespoon. I did have to add water (chicken broth would work) to the pan while roasting otherwise the sauce would have burned. I then strained the sauce added a cornstarch mixture and thickened it to serve with the chicken and some jasmine rice. Yummy!

Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter

So simple yet so wonderful. I sprinkled a little garlic powder on the steak before grilling. Served with potato wedges and broccoli.
