Easy Mushroom Rice

This dish is sooooo easy and sooooo delicious! The only thing I do differently is substituting cream of mushroom soup since I am not an onion fan. This has become a go to dish for me!

All though I like crescent rolls I really didn't care for the taste and texture of the crescent roll paired with the meat and cheese. I used the kind that comes in one full sheet but still had a hard time getting everything inside and sealed up. We used deli ham and tried mustard and ranch inside. My husband liked this dish a little more than me but we will not be making it again.

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

I made this true to the recipe and it was OK but pretty bland. I would like to try it again marinating the chicken with Italian dressing first as others suggested. I tried putting a layer of the crumb mixture on the bottom to keep it from getting soggy like some people suggested and it didn't really seem to help. The crust was nice and crunchy but the chicken laked flavor.

African Sweet Potato and Peanut Soup

I don't know what all the fuss is about with this dish. Just like a few other people said my husband and I found it bland, bland, BLAND. I used chicken stock in place of water, tried adding extra peanut butter and cayenne pepper. Nothing helped. We didn't care for it.

Mushroom and Swiss Chicken

This is sooooo delicious and easy! Mine turned out better than when I get this at a restaurant. I also used the ziploc baggy to marinate the chicken and I also added another teaspoon of seasoning on top. Yummy!
