This was super fast and very good. Instead of the processed cheese inside, I added some shredded chedder cheese on top when they were done and still warm.

Baked French Fries I

These are good, but at that temperature they do burn around the edges and not so crispy in the center. I think the flavor was good but lowering your oven temp to 400 degrees is a good idea. You get that good crispiness. Thanks for posting!

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

I love pumpkin and these were so good. I added some cinnamon to the icing to compliment the flavor of the cookies and it was great.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

This was sooooo good. I loved the overall flavor, but the crust soaks up a lot of the sauce so you NEED to double it. Besides that this goes great on top of rice/noodles if you don't have pie crust. Very flexible recipe.

Perfect Turkey

I made this for Thanksgiving one year and my whole family loved it! The only regret was not having a bigger turkey. I never knew brining was so crucial for a moist turkey. Loved it!

Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken

This is great if you follow the directions. Pounding the chicken breast is really important so I wouldn't skip this step. I really loved the garlic flavor, but if you marinate the breast in buttermilk and some garlic cloves, it moistens/seasons the chicken and is great!

Fresh Pineapple Upside Down Cake

This recipe was awesome! I doubled the recipe so that it would fit a 9x13 pan and cooked it at 375 for 43 min. as another reviewer did. Besides that I changed nothing and it was great. I'm keeping this one!

Chili con Carne II

This is wonderful! I never made chili before and this definetly gave me that homemade chili satisfaction I was craving. I cut the recipe in half (just my husband and I) and added two peppers for some nice heat! A personal preference.

Broccoli Beef I

I recommend putting the broccoli in after the sauce thickens so that it cooks no more that 5 minutes or the broccoli gets a little overcooked. Mine got a little too soggy for my taste. I like a little crunch.

Banana Bread V

This was a really good recipe to start with, but I'm giving it only four stars because I had to listen to other reviewers about adding vanilla and cinnamon. Very good once you add those!
