My favorite family cooking traditions
I've been helping in the kitchen since I was 2. Easy Bake Oven was my bff when I was little. Worked in many kitchens, served at many restaurants. Love. Love. Love... Food! And wine!
My cooking triumphs
Definitely not conceited... Don't think I've ever had a bad review seriously! Lol! I love to entertain. We have many get togethers at our place.
My cooking tragedies
Once, when I was 6 I made cornbread for my mom. She made chili and forgot the bread. Well I added one too many eggs so it didn't turn out correctly. Haha.

Chocolate Cherry Biscotti
Great stuff! I'd agree with the previous review. I think it'd be a lot better off with some maraschino cherries. Just because I felt it wasn't sweet 'enough'. I don't like an overwhelming sweet, but I do like a little bit. Next time I'm adding a bit more chocolate chips, and cherry pieces. I think 1 cup of each would of been more beneficial. But overall, a great biscotti! :)

Banana Peanut Butter Bread
I made this recipe and it turned out great. I doubled it. And also added 4 cups of chocolate chips. Very tasty! My son loves it in the morning with some butter!

Greek Pasta Salad with Shrimp, Tomatoes, Zucchini, Peppers, and Feta
This recipe is superb! I love it! I added a 7.5 oz jar of Grilled Marinated Artichoke Hearts, an English Cucumber, an extra clove of garlic and some extra olives! Instead of regular feta, I used the garlic and herb kind. I highly recommend this recipe to anyone! I will make this salad often!
