Apple Crisp II

This is the best because it's so MOIST! Not dry like some other crisps can be. Definitely a favorite at my house!

Wow, this was terrific! My family loved it! The only thing - the dish should've been sprayed or greased before putting in the ingredients - the crust stuck badly! It took 2 days soaking to get it out!

Homemade Banana Pudding Pie

This recipe is terrific! I made the change recommended by other reviews (less suger - 1 cup)and I used whole wafers and an 8x8 square casserole dish. The pudding was gone in 1 1/2 days! I will ALWAYS use this recipe!

Old Fashioned Peach Cobbler

I wish I'd read the reviews first because this is truly a terrific recipe but I would've tweaked it a little, and I would've used a solid top instead of latticed one - too difficult for a novice like me. Otherwise - delicious!

Banana Pudding II

TERRIFIC!! I wanted a recipe that had that old fashioned, made-from-scratch taste - THIS IS IT!! My family loves it!! I also added meringue and baked until it was a light brown.

Apricot Chicken I

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

I love these cookies! I was out of crunchy PB, so I used creamy, also didn't have unsalted butter, so used the salted and left out the 1/2 tsp. salt. Also, mine took exactly 10 minutes to bake. My kids loved them!!

Easy Ham and Noodles

My family enjoyed this recipe, though it didn't make much. I added 2 tablespoons of Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles and that really spiced it up! I also used a pie plate to cook it in. My 2 year old loved it! Next time, I will put something like bread crumbs on the top to prevent the noodles from hardening.
