Tomato Basil Linguine

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2008
This is amazing! One of my favorites, so easy, with a great, light creaminess added by the brie. Yum.

Heavenly Halibut

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2012
Super easy to prepare, but very very rich, even for me, who is a fan of rich and cheesy food. One tip - no need to keep the extra sauce that is in the pan, the coating that stays on top of the fish is plenty for flavor.

Crustless Quiche Lori-iane

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2012
Way salty. I would try it again with much less feta and swiss instead of cheddar. It was overpoweringly cheesy, something I never thought I would say as a cheese lover, I think switching the cheeses as I plan to on the next try would solve that. Very easy to make though, and will try again with some tweaks

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2009
I found this recipe very bland - even after adding extra parmesan and salt, we still thought it tasted really boring. I ended up with a ton of leftovers which no one ate and we threw away the next night.

Chunky Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2009
This is a great, super easy recipe! I was craving some bacon-like flavor but didn't have any, so we added in a few chopped hot dogs, it was so good. I also left the skins on the potatoes (I used french fingerlings) - it added a nice color to it. Tossed in some peas as well - fabulous recipe, very adjustable.

Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2008
This recipe was fantastic! It is very easy to prepare - I took the advice of some other reviewers and doubled the sauce, though it turned out to be a bit too much for the amount of pasta I had made. However, the overall taste of the dish is fantastic, and surprisingly, we didn't find it too peppery at all. I thought it was absolutely great!
