Hoagie Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2013
I have been making this recipe for about 3 or 4 years. I also add a little red wine vinegar. I am asked for this recipe whenever I prepare it for any group. Nothing but raves from other people on it. I make sure to use top quality ingredients for top notch taste. I also cut everything up rather than tearing it.

Simple and Delicious Cheese Fondue

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2012
Excellent! I did add a little lemon juice to my wine before adding the cheese and did coat my cheese with flour before adding to wine. It turned out perfect. No problems at all. Used for bread and steamed veggies. It was a hit with my crowd.

Rockin' Salsa

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2010
THis is great. Our grocery stores were out of banans peppers (small town) so I put a couple of jalapenos in and added a handful of cilantro. I also cut the sugar down a bit and used the splenda brown sugar. Will probably ccut the sugar down a little more next time because we tend to go pretty easy on the sugar.

Easy Rhubarb Jam

Reviewed: May 29, 2010
This recipe should call for 10 cups of rhubarb and 2 cups of sugars. Even 2 cups is too sweet for us. I would start with 1 cup and work my way up if you don't like that real sweet taste. As written I would not give it any stars. There is another recipe on this site.

Bacon and Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2008
Made this for company and everyone raved about it. I was the only one that wasn't crazy about it. All the gals asked for the recipe. Followed the recipe pretty close, which is not normal for me.
