Corn Tortilla Quiche

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2009
My mom made this, but she used 5~ 10" flour tortillas instead of the corn. It was awesome! She served it with Pico De Gallo (salsa) on the side. She baked it for 55 minutes at 325 degrees.I am going to make this.. but I think I am going to try using whole milk or half and half instead of whipping cream. This recipe is a keeper for sure!

Oven Fried Chicken III

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2009
I like fried chicken with a crisp crust. Next time I will kick up the oven temp a notch or two. I should have read the reviews before I tried it. It was good and a keeper for sure.

My mom made this, and it was really good. She used Velveeta and mozzarella cheese. When I fixed my plate I sprinkled a little Parmesan cheese on top. YUMMY This is a keeper for sure!!

Apricot Chicken I

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2009
I have been looking for this recipe for years. I was so tickled when I found it here. But when I made it, the sauce was to thin for my liking. Even the next day the sauce was still thin. I think next time I will cook it uncovered or add a little cornstarch to it. I added a little bit of crushed peppers to it to give it a little kick. I gave it four stars. If the sauce had been thicker it would been a five star dish.

Chinese Napa Cabbage Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2008
I loved this salad. I served it as a side dish for Teriyaki Steak. I see that lots of folks don't care for it the next day. I on the other hand liked it very much the next day. It wilted and took on the texture of Kim Chi so I added some Korean peppers to it. I thought it was very good. This recipe is a keeper for sure!
