This is my personal recipe and I haven't made it in years. Next time I would cut the chicken into strips and then bundle them up inside the puff pastry. My chicken breasts were way too large and used up too much puff pastry even after rolling the pastry out to a larger size. Also my taste buds seem to have changed so I would add something to make it more spicy maybe some chopped japs or red pepper flakes. But boy it still looks good when coming out of the oven. And the braiding, if I may say so, makes it look five star!
