Chunky Cheesecake Brownies

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2011
Super easy and foolproof! Tastes so much better than the box, but not much more effort. Melt butter and choc chips in the microwave. This will forever be my go-to brownie recipe!

Brown Sugar Smokies

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2011
Yup. They're that good. i dredged both bacon and lil smokies in brown sugar first, wrapped the bacon around each smokie (no need for skewers), microwaved for 7 mins, then transferred to a foil lined cookie sheet, covered in more brown sugar, then broiled for 5 mins. PERFECT! they didn't last 5 minutes!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2010
the best chocolate chip cookie recipe i've tried so far! buttery and not too sweet. i added a little less choc chips though. You absolutely have to take them out of the oven when they just start to brown on the edges..even if you don't think they're completely done. if you need them to be fresh and moist the next day, put them in a container with a slice of white bread on top and seal. They'll be just as good as day 1!

was easy and really yummy! mine thickened up quickly with no problems...without any lumps! i used 1% milk, and it still tasted so rich. I used it as teh filling for the White Almond Wedding Cake recipe on this site

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

I thought it was good, but not as amazing as everyone else thinks it is (sorry). I think its WAAAAY too sweet and rich. If i make this again, I'll cut the sugar in half.

great for a potluck! Omitted the roasted red peppers and cooked the bottom layer for 6 minutes before adding the other toppings. was still really good at room temp.

Sugar Coated Pecans

Easy and tasty! I started off at 250 degrees and raised the temp to 350 degrees to speed up the "drying out" process. Turned out great.

Easy and delicious! Made in a mini muffin pan, filled with vanilla pudding with whipped cream folded in. then added berries on top. Came out perfect. Wouldn't change a thing!

Lemon-Pepper Salmon II

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2009
My boyfriend claimed this was the best salmon he'd ever tasted! I broiled a whole salmon for about 15 minutes on the Low broil setting on my oven, just until the thickest part of the salmon was firm to the touch. It was great! very juicy and flavorful.
