Muesli-Applesauce Muffins

I made these using raisin bran instead of muesli, and they turned out well. Very moist.

These are very simple. I scooped these with a small ice cream scoop, but after scooping, it's important to roll with hands to get that "crinkle" look.

Graham Cracker Cake III

Nice tasting cake. Moist. I didn't frost it. (We just ate it as a snack cake.) But it reminded me of carrot cake, so I can see how a cream cheese frosting would taste good on it.

Gold Cake

This is a great basic cake. I frosted it with a white marshmallow frosting. It wasn't until I had finished frosting it that I realized I'd made an inside out Twinkie! A big hit.
