Fresh Spring Rolls With Thai Dipping Sauce

This were really good! I ate these in a restaurant and really wanted to make them on my own. I added some thinly sliced green and yellow peppers and some julienne sliced scallions. I would also recommend a shoot of baby asparagus in each. For the sauce I would recommend using something different. Like a peanut sauce or a sweet and spicy crush red pepper sauce. Thanks!

Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

This is what I was looking for! It was hugely liked by all at the party. I took others suggestions and only used a 1/2 cup of sugar. I used white instead of brown. Thank you!

Asian Coleslaw

I tasted something similar to this slaw one summer and I have been looking to duplicate it ever since. I followed the recipe except for I used all Napa cabbage and no peppers. Loved it and so did my husband! It would probably be good with even less peanut butter too. I served this with white rice and Kai Kang Dang (also on this site). Yum! Thanks:)

Hummus III

This is very delicious! My husband who normally doesn't like Hummus liked it too. I left out the olive oil and took some of the suggestions below on putting less tahini and more garlic. Thanks!

Beef Stew VI

This was flavorful and delicious! I made the additions that Chuck suggested. Flouring and seasoning the beef first and later adding the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce with the liquids. The only other change I made is a couple of bay leaves. My favorite bite is the very last with all the broth, pieces of veggies and flavorful goodness!
