Mozzarella Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2014
This recipe took some work and a lot of dishes to prepare but it turned out well. I didn't have the wine so I used white wine vinegar instead, though I think I will try using wine next time. I could only find two chicken breasts at the store so I made the recipe with two chicken breasts and turkey breasts and both meats tasted good.

Fried Rice Restaurant Style

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2013
Easy to make. Tasty. Substituted coconut oil and still turned out good. Also used frozen carrots and frozen peas. Didn't use the sesame oil because I didn't have it available.

Quick and easy. Didn't have onion salt so used garlic salt instead. Turned out yummy.

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2008
This tastes great! It takes a long time to bake though. Maybe it's because I used an 8X8 square pan (I didn't have a pie pan) and an extra egg (since my eggs were small).

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2008
It turned out decent. It was the first meatloaf I ever made. I'd make it again.

Tasty Tuna Pasta

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2008
This dish was okay. It was a little bland so I had to top it with feta cheese and a bit of garlic salt. I also feel there needs to be less pasta or more of the other ingredients. The peas were a little mushy but I like the taste of green peas. I like the fact that the recipe is easy to make.

Tres Leches (Milk Cake)

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2008
When I made this cake the only thing that I did different was that I used a can of whipped cream instead of the heavy whipping cream that it called for. It tasted okay but it didn't taste like the tres leches cakes that I'm used to (I'm Latina by the way). This one tasted like a pound cake with milk. It still tasted good but not like a good tres leches cake.
