Laura's Lemon Roasted Potatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2009
Super good. In place of the oil I used chicken broth. I had no dill weed so I used oregano instead. Great lemon and garlic flavor.

Unbelievably Awesome Barbeque Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2010
This pizza rocks! You must make this with Jay's Pizza Crust. The sesame oil added so much flavor to the chicken. I made Exquisite Pizza Sauce and added that to a bottled bbq sauce. Used 1/2 monterey jack and 1/2 mozzarella. Left off the onions and cilantro. Best pizza I've ever made. Delicious!

Rosemary Roasted Pork Tenderloin

This dish is great. I only used two cloves of garlic but all of the rosemary. The BF thought the flavor was a bit strong but I loved it.

Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2010
I personally don't like coconut but this is my dad's favorite pie. I made it for Father's Day and everyone loved it. I to used 1 1/2 cups of half n half and 1 1/2 cups of coconut milk along with 3 egg yolks and instead of the flour 1/4 cup of cornstarch. I made whipped cream from this site. The pie looked beautiful and tasted great!

Spicy Black Bean Cakes

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2010
Great recipe. I don't like sour cream so instead I used salsa. They really don't need any kind of dip or topping but it did add a little something extra.

A terrific marinade and sauce. I saved the marinade and boiled it along with a cup of beef broth and 2 tblsp of cornstarch. Turned out wonderful!

Low Fat Zesty Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2010
The marinade and breading are great. I made the honey mustard dip but did not care for it so I made my old standby recipe with Miracle Whip, honey, dijon and steak sauce. Excellent recipe though. Will make again.

Pasta Hot! Hot! Hot!

Reviewed: May 27, 2010
Really good stuff. For so few ingredients it turned out really great. I crushed my garlic and threw it in with the EVOO (that way I could pick it out later). I wanted a bit of a crunch so I crushed up some croutons and mixed them in. Delicious!

Taco Salad I

Reviewed: May 24, 2010
I used ground turkey and taco sauce instead of french dressing. So good! I chopped up some romaine and avacado and threw that in. I also used spicy chili doritos. Everyone loved it. Can't wait to make again!

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: May 21, 2010
I left all the veggies out. Mixed skim milk with a T of cornstarch before I added to pan. Man is this stuff great! Fried the chicken in EVOO instead of butter. Felt good eating it because I cut all those calories and you wouldn't even know it. I also added extra cajun seasoning.

These little things rock! I would highly suggest to use egg roll wrappers. They are super easy to work with and look great. I sprayed the tops with Pam and baked at 475 for 10 min. I made guacamole to go with. Delicious!

Chicken Paprikash I

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2010
BF's mom used to make this for him all the time. I have never made it. So I was a little nervous how mine would hold up. He loved it! I used chicken breast and plain yogurt in place of the sour cream. I ended up adding more paprika at the end.

Lemon Cake with Lemon Filling and Lemon Butter Frosting

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2010
This is great. If you love lemon you will love this. I followed the recipe exactly. The cake does come out very dense. I was not able to cut the cakes in half to have a 4 tier. Next time I will use cake flour.
