Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2010
I only let mine marinate for an hour and they turned out awesome. I coated once and baked at 350 for 35 minutes turning once. Made a honey mustard sauce to go with. Delicious.

I'm sipping on this right now for breakfast and man is it good. I thought oats...kinda strange but it really works. I used skim milk. Will be making this again for sure.

High Protein Peanut Butter Balls

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2010
One of my first times using/eating bananas. I used regular peanut butter and did not have the whey protein so I used cocoa powder. Popped in the freezer and boy are they good. A nice snack after the gym.

Really good. I did not use as much butter. I love the addition of fresh nutmeg. I also added cayenne. We like it spicy!

Comfort food! I added a 1/4 cup of white wine to mine. Oh so good! Added s&p and garlic pdr to chicken before laying the cheese on. Used ritz crackers and added the butter to the crackers before sprinkling on top. I also made it a one dish meal by adding in quarted red potatoes. Really good!

Caramel Apple Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2010
I did what another review suggested and marinated the chops overnite in an apple juice and soy mixture. Then pan fried for a few. Removed to a plate and put the brown sugar mixture into the same pan. Reduced a bit with the apples and then added the chops back into the pan to soak in all the goodness. Delicious!

Yummy! I used turkey pepperoni so I did not fry in the oil. Instead I fried in EVOO and a little white wine. Made my own pizza sauce and baked for 30 minutes. Really good!

Cheddar Chicken Spaghetti

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2010
I made some changes that made this turn out awesome. I used a pound of ground turkey instead of chicken. When cooking the turkey I added onion pdr, garlic pdr, italian seasoning, hot sauce and worchestire. I also cooked up five pieces of turkey bacon, crumbled and threw in. I used a little cream cheese, cheddar cheese and monterey jack cheese. I mixed everything in a bowl then put in a glass dish. Topped with a little grated parmesan and homemade croutons. Turned out creamy and delicious.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

I should not review this because I changed the recipe. However, they turned out so good I feel I need to. I took others advice...1/2 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar and a tsp of vanilla = perfect peanut butter cookie!
