Pizza Rolls

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2010
Yummo! They do take some time to make but they are well worth it. I made exquisite pizza sauce from this site (only one I ever use) and used pepperjack cheese. I baked them at 400 for about 13 minutes. Spray the tops with cooking spray and they brown nicely. Ate some and froze the rest.

Corn on the Grill

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2011
So very good! I soaked the corn first without the silk for an hour. I'm not a huge fan of cumin so I replaced with chili powder and used Franks Hot Sauce. Wowza! The butter combination was outstanding. I didn't even have the lime. Cooked on the grill then brushed with the rest of the butter. Great recipe!

Baked Sweet Potato Sticks

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2008
I boiled my sweet potatoes first for about 20 minutes. Then peeled them, cut them into sticks layed on baking sheet and then drizzled olive oil over them, salted them and sprinkled brown sugar on them. Then baked for 30 minutes. They turned out crispy and wonderful.

Very good! I used applesauce in place of oil and used whole wheat flour. Came out a tad dry but thats probably because of the flour? Still getting ate up though!

These are super good and super easy. Instead of Velveta I used shredded cheddar. I also made a bunch and froze them. I pulled a couple out the other day and they were great!

The Real Mojito

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2011
Great refreshing drink. I made simple syrup like suggested. I put everything in my shaker (except the club soda) and shook and shook. Then strained into a glass and poured the club soda on top. Then you can throw in some whole mint leaves to make this drink look super pretty. It took me three drinks to get this right! Not complaining. lol

I left out the tomatoes and onion and added in a yellow pepper. I deglazed my pan with white wine and used a different pasta. (Had to work with what I had). Great soup! Would make again.

Made some changes. I used skim milk and left out the mushrooms. I did have to add a little flour to help it thicken. Turned out good.

This is a great recipe. I followed the directions however the coating did not stick well. They did get crunchy though. If you love rosemary you will love these.

This is good but I felt it needed something. So I added lemon zest and lemon juice. That is what it needed. Delicious! Garlic, Rosemary and Lemon...yummy!

I skipped the boiling process and just microwaved for a few minutes. Then quartered and let marinate in the fridge until I was ready for them. Great flavor off the grill.

Good soup. I threw it all in the crock pot and let it cook all day. I wasn't sure about the flour but I put it in anyways and it turned out. Poured the milk in an hour before serving. Used more curry and mustard powder.
