Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2011
This recipe is awesome. I did not have any italian dressing so I used a package of italian seasoning dressing mix. I think it worked great. The taste is wonderful.

I didn't boil first. I baked, then flattened a bit and threw into the delicious mixture of spices. Put back into the oven for a few and bam. Great!

Devil's Steak Sauce

We really liked this. I thought it was a tad sweet so I added a couple more drops of hot sauce and a few drops of liquid smoke. Will make again.

Brown Sugar Smokies

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2011
I baked in the oven until bacon (cut in thirds) was crispy then loaded up my crockpot. Put extra brown sugar on top and boy were they great. Made for easy traveling and they stayed warm all afternoon. They were a huge hit!

This is a ten star recipe! I used water but next time will use chicken broth. I didn't have any breast so I used thighs. I did add some basil, oregano, onion and garlic pdr. I let the dumplings cook for about two hours. So good!

Focaccia Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2010
So Good! I threw all the ingredients into my bread machine. Once it was done I shaped into a rectangle, brushed with olive oil and topped with rosemary, crushed black pepper and fresh parmesan. We also like to dip into rosemary infused olive oil. Delicious!

Mary's Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2010
Love this!! I roasted my own red peppers which I will do everytime. I used three medium sized peppers. Throw them under the broiler until charred on all sides. Remove and place under a towel for 10 minutes. Then remove all the skin, cut up and put in a 400 degree oven with some olive oil for about 20 minutes. I put everything into a food processor for easy mixing. So simple and so delicious!

Made these with some leftover pumpkin I had. It was about a cup so I had to add more flour. Skipped the salt. Both of my chihuahuas highly approved!

This turned out so good. I replaced the corn syrup with brown sugar and did not have whole cloves so I used ground cloves. Double lined my baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup. Will make again.
